In your profile you can change your password, update your reimbursement bank account, add an Integration as well as view your Rewards Balance.

In the TravelBank App tap on the menu icon in the upper left corner (The menu icon is 3 horizontal lines).  The menu then opens from the left side of the screen.

At the top tap on “My Account” under your name.

You can change or correct the spelling of your name if you need to simply by tapping in the field.  Adding or changing your phone number works in the same fashion.

If you want to change your password for security reasons, tap “Update Password”.  Enter your current password and then create a new password.  Don’t know your password, you can learn how to reset it here.

If you have an Expense Management software such as Abacus, Concur, Expensify or Nexonia, tap on “Create New Integration” and add it from there.

Under the About section you can check the version of the app, as well as visit links to the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Tapping on “Rewards Balance” gives you a history and allows you to redeem your points.
