Purpose
This article describes how to reset your account password.
Audience
This article applies to all users.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, you will need access to your company email address that you use to log in to the app.
Password requirements
To enhance security, all new or updated passwords must meet the following criteria:
Minimum of 12 characters
At least 1 number (0-9)
At least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
At least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
At least 1 special character (~`!@#$%^&*()_-+={[}]|:;"'<,>.?/)
Reset your password from the mobile app
To reset your password from the mobile app, take the following steps:
Select Log In in the upper-right corner.
Enter your company email address and select Continue.
Below the Log In button select Forgot Password (you may need to scroll down).
On the next page select Submit. This triggers an email to you with instructions on how to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Reset your password from the web app
To reset your password from the web app, take the following steps:
Go to app.travelbank.com.
Enter your work email and select Continue.
Select Forgot Password?
This triggers an email to you with instructions on how to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
