When will I receive the refund for my canceled flight?

We usually process refunds within 5 to 7 business days, but for refunds involving our airline partners, timelines may vary. The refund or credit amount available is determined by the ticket type and eligibility; some ticket cancellations may be eligible for a credit and some may be eligible for a refund.
