Travel booking process for travelers
Create travel profile
You can book business travel using the web or mobile app or by coordinating with travel agents. Travel agents are accessible by chat, email, or phone 24/7/365.

Book travel with the mobile app
Download the mobile app on your smartphone by searching for “TravelBank” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

To book travel with the mobile app with iOS or Android, select “Travel” at the bottom-right of the app. Select “Flights”, “Hotels”, or “Cars” and book your travel.
Book travel with the web app
To book travel with the web app, select Travel from the navigation menu.
You can chat with our travel team through the app, or email reservations@travelbank.com.
If you need to book/change/cancel your travel quickly, call our 24/7 agent support line at 866-682-8785.

Request approval
If your trip is outside of company policy, it may require approval by your manager prior to being booked. Read our travel approval article to learn more.

From the mobile app:
Select the hamburger menu in the top-left of the screen and then Chat With Us.

From the web app:
