Before you begin, you will need access to your company email address that you use to log into TravelBank.


To reset your TravelBank password from the Mobile App, tap "Log In" in upper right hand corner.  Enter your company email address and choose "Continue".

Below the "Log In" button tap "Forgot Password" (you may need to scroll down).

On the following screen tap "Submit".

You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.  Don't forget to check your spam or junk folders.


If you are resetting your password from your computer's web browser:

Navigate to "app.travelbank.com".

Enter your work email and choose "Continue".

Under the "Log In" button choose "Forgot Password?"

Reset your password using the reset password email you received.
