This article explains how to edit your TravelBank account/profile.
This article applies to all TravelBank users.
In your profile you can change your password, update your reimbursement bank account, add an Integration as well as view your Rewards Balance.
Edit your account
In the TravelBank App tap on the menu icon in the upper left corner (The menu icon is 3 horizontal lines). The menu then opens from the left side of the screen.
At the top tap on “My Account” under your name.
Change your name: You can change or correct the spelling of your name if you need to simply by tapping in the field.
Change your phone number: Adding or changing your phone number works in the same fashion.
Change your password: If you want to change your password for security reasons, tap “Update Password”. Enter your current password and then create a new password. If you don’t know your password, review our "Reset my password" article.
Add or change a reimbursement account: Review our "Get help with reimbursements" article.
If you have an Expense Management software such as Abacus, Concur, Expensify or Nexonia, tap on “Create New Integration” and add it from there.
Tapping on “Rewards Balance” gives you a history and allows you to redeem your points.
