Capabilities by role
Only administrators (admins) can create and manage group travel events. However, all employees of your organization can be invited to group travel events.
Admins/travel managers have the following capabilities for group travel:
Create and edit group travel events and details
Send invites to attendees for group travel events
Manage RSVPs for events
See flight bookings made for the event
Be invited to an event as an attendee
Employees/travelers have the following capabilities for group travel:
Receive invites with event details
RSVP to the event
Book flights for the event
