This document explains how to get started with corporate travel using TravelBank.

Audience

This article is directed toward users with a free TravelBank expense and travel management account.

Travel booking process for travelers

Create travel profile

You can book business travel using the TravelBank platform (either web or mobile app) or by coordinating with travel agents. Travel agents are accessible by chat, email, or phone 24/7/365.

Book travel with the mobile app

Download the mobile app on your smartphone by searching for “TravelBank” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

To book travel with the mobile app with iOS or Android, select “Travel” at the bottom-right of the app. Select “Flights”, “Hotels”, or “Cars” and book your travel.

Book travel with the web app

To book travel with the web app, select the “Travel” tab on the left-hand menu.

You can chat with our travel team via the app, or email reservations@travelbank.com.

If you need to book/change/cancel your travel quickly, call our 24/7 agent support line at 866-682-8785.

If you need to make changes or cancel an itinerary, or if you have a complex/group booking you need help with, reach out to the travel team for support:

  • Call 866-682-8785, available 24/7/365.

  • From the mobile app:

    • Select the hamburger menu in the top-left of the screen and then “Chat With Us”.

    • From the Travel page, select the chat icon at the top-right of your screen.

  • From the web app:

    • Select the left-hand menu and then “Chat with us” at the bottom-left of the screen.

    • From the Travel page, select “Chat with our concierge”.
