Where are my synced transactions?

Synced transactions can now be found by clicking “My Cards” in the sidebar, then clicking on “Synced Transactions”.

How do I view the synced transactions from a specific card?

Click “My Cards” in the sidebar, then click on the card of which you’d like to view specific transactions. In the Card Details overlay on the righthand side, choose “View Transactions”.

How do I assign a transaction to an expense report?

Click “My Cards” in the sidebar, then click on the card of which you’d like to view specific transactions. In the Card Details overlay on the righthand side, choose “View Transactions”. From here, select (or multi-select) the transactions you want to assign to a report. Click "Assign" and select the report name you wish to assign them to. NOTE: Assigning a transaction will NOT pair the transaction with a receipt, it will only create a new expense line item with those transaction details. You will still need to add a receipt to that transaction. If you have already captured an image of a receipt in the TravelBank app, please refer to the answer on Pairing Transactions below.

How do I pair a transaction with a receipt I have added to TravelBank?

On the TravelBank Mobile App, go to “My Cards” in the sidebar, then click on the card of which you’d like to view specific transactions. In the Card Details overlay on the righthand side, choose “View Transactions”. Select the transaction you wish to pair to an expense, click "Pair", and select the receipt you wish to pair the transaction to. The transaction details will be added to that expense, and if the transaction was incurred on a corporate card, the expense will be marked as Non-Reimbursable.

How do I pair a transaction with a receipt I have added to TravelBank?

In some cases, transactions from your card statement with automatically pair with receipts you have captured. If the dollar amount of the transaction and the date of the transaction match the date and amount on the receipt, the transactions will auto-pair. You must leave the receipts in your Expenses tab for this to happen - if you add the receipts to a Report, it will stop the auto-pair functionality, and you will need to pair manually via the process outlined above.

How do I reveal the card number of a US Bank Instant Card?

In the Virtual Card Details you can see the expiration date, to view the card number and CVV code, click “Reveal Card Number”. You’ll be emailed a 4-digit PIN.

If I reveal the card number will it always be visible in the US Bank Instant Card Details?
