Purpose
This article outlines the process for administrators to set up their TravelBank account.
Audience
This article is directed toward administrators with a free TravelBank expense and travel management account.
Create your TravelBank account
Follow the link in your welcome email with the subject line “Use TravelBank to manage your Commercial Rewards Card program.” The link has you log in to TravelBank. When you first log in to TravelBank, an onboarding wizard walks you through steps to set up your organization’s travel and expense policies, as well as set up new users.
TravelBank sends the welcome email to the primary program administrator listed during the application process. If you do not see the welcome email, contact commercialrewards@travelbank.com.
