This article applies to all TravelBank users.

Add TravelBank to my "Safe senders" list or "Whitelist"

For organizations

To ensure that your organization receives emails from TravelBank, contact your IT department or internet service provider (ISP) and ask them to put TravelBank on your "whitelist", "safe senders" list, or permitted email sender list.

For individual users

As an individual user, you can add TravelBank to your “safe senders” list or “whitelist” by adding “no-reply@travelbank.com” as a contact in your email.

You can also follow your email service provider's instructions, such as the following instructions for common service providers.

Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.

  2. Select the gear (settings) icon.

  3. Select "See all settings".

  4. Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.

  5. Select "Create a new filter".

  6. Enter “@travelbank.com” in the "From" field.

  7. Select "Create filter".

  8. Select both “Never send it to spam” and “Also apply filter to matching conversations”.

  9. Select “Create filter”.

MS Outlook

  1. From the Home tab in Outlook, select "Junk" > "Junk E-mail Options".

  2. Go to the "Safe Senders" tab.

  3. Select "Add".

  4. Type "@travelbank.com".

  5. Select "OK".

  6. Select "OK" again.

Yahoo! Mail

To create a filter that sends email from TravelBank straight to your Inbox:

  1. Log in to Yahoo! Mail.

  2. Select "Mail Options" on the right side of the screen.

  3. Select "Filters" on left side of screen.

  4. Select "Add".

  5. Assign a name for the filter: "TravelBank Email", for example.

  6. Beneath the heading "if all of the following rules are true..." go to the top row labeled "From header." Next to this is a dropdown menu. Select "contains", then type in "no-reply@travelbank.com" into the box provided.

  7. At the bottom where it says "Move the message to:", select "Inbox" from the dropdown menu.

  8. Select "Add Filter" at the bottom to add this filter.
