How many images can I forward to TravelBank, and will they be converted into individual expenses?

You can forward as many images to TravelBank as you need to, but note the following considerations:

  • The receipt images must be attached to an email (not included within the body of the email) in PDF format with one receipt per PDF.

  • You can attach multiple PDFs to one email, but note, however, that if an email includes multiple PDF receipts, only the first receipt is used to create the expense details.

  • If you want each receipt to be a separate expense, email each PDF separately.
