Why is the card I added to my account not available for booking travel?

If you added your card through the My Cards page, the transactions will sync from your bank or financial institution, but the card details have not been added to your account to use for booking travel.

If you'd like to add a card to use for booking travel, add the card on the My Account page, as described in our article about adding a payment method.
