Rewards overview
To learn about company rewards, in general, including how to earn rewards, review our company rewards article.
Rewards points conversion rate
Rewards points convert to United States dollars (USD) at a rate of 100:1, so every 100 points accrued translates to $1 USD. When you redeem rewards, there is also a fee (that is, 250 points, or $2.50), so your total “Points Cost” is slightly higher than the 100:1 ratio.
View your rewards points
From the left navigation menu, select Rewards > Company. This opens the US Bank Review Rewards page > Browse tab. You can view your available rewards points, as well as their expiration date, in the top-right corner of the page (see Figure 1).

As you redeem your rewards points, the available rewards points updates with your new available reward points balance. The Timeline tab shows your history of reward redemptions and rewards earned.

You can also choose your seat if desired and if applicable in the Seat Selection section. Notes:
Seat selections are not guaranteed, however, until the booking is confirmed by your airline. Consult your airline as they may reserve the right to update your seat assignment.
When you use company points instead of a card to book travel, the typical approval flow does not apply (even if a booking is out of policy) and bookings do not require approval.
At this point, you can also purchase your trip’s carbon offset, as described in our article about booking a flight.
Scroll to the Payment Method section. Select Edit. This brings up information about your payment options, including your organization’s rewards points, which you can use to book your flight (Figure 6).

Select the Organization Points option to use your rewards points to book your flight. Note: You will only have the option to book with points if you have enough points to cover your flight. You cannot split a payment between points and a card payment.
Select Save.
Once you’re finished completing the sections on the Review Itinerary & Book Flight page, select Book Flight to confirm your booking.
A confirmation page appears after your booking (Figure 7).
