Once you've made a transaction using your credit card that you sync with TravelBank, the transaction may not appear immediately. If you haven't already setup your credit card to work with Transaction Sync, learn how to do that here.
TravelBank partners with Plaid to sync transaction data from your financial institution to your TravelBank profile.
TravelBank transaction update:
Every 30 Minutes
Plaid sync with financial institution:
4 - 6 times daily
If a recent transaction has not yet appeared, allow for the aforementioned timeframes to pass, and check the card synced transactions again.
Note: pending transaction will never show in the transaction sync, only posted transactions after the timeframes mentioned.
