We’re thrilled to announce that we have begun the process of moving to a new travel and expense management tool. TravelBank will make it easier to track and submit your expenses and book business travel, saving you much-needed time and energy. We plan to completely move from [old system or process] to TravelBank by [date].
You should have received an activation email from TravelBank with the subject line "You've Been Invited to Join..." If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder; if you didn’t receive the email, contact your company admin [admin at company’s info]. Use the activation email to create your user profile and password.
Once you are logged in, update your profile by selecting My Account at the top-right. In My Account you also can add your traveler information, such as your TSA precheck number and your loyalty/rewards program, and the bank account where you'd like to receive any reimbursements.
