Purpose
This document describes the different levels of data access that users are provided in Core and Premium Insights based on their roles assigned in the TravelBank platform.
Audience
This article is directed toward TravelBank users with access to Premium Insights and Core Insights.
User roles and permissions
To view and manage your organization’s user roles and permissions, select Company Settings from the left navigation menu, then Employees > Employee Directory.
In the Employee Directory, you can add new users and departments.
The following Table 1 lists the various user roles and the advanced permissions associated with each role related to Core and Premium Insights.

Role | Advanced Permissions |
Organization Administrator (admin) | Admins have the highest level of visibility with access to all the organization reports, dashboards, and data tables. They can view and download data for all the employees in the organization.

Finance | Finance team members have the same visibility and controls on data as the admin role. They have access to finance reports, such as reports related to reimbursement and reconciliation, to help them complete their accounting tasks.

Manager | Users who have been assigned as a manager for at least one employee have access to Premium Insights. Managers have filtered access to all the reports, dashboards, and data tables. They can view the data for all employees who falls under them in the organizational hierarchy, and they can download the data for all the reports in .csv and .xlsx format.
