Purpose
This article introduces users to the Value Insights Dashboard in Premium Insights.
Audience
This article is directed toward TravelBank users with access to Premium Insights.
Overview
The Value Insights Dashboard provides information on the value users have gained from using TravelBank. The dashboard quantifies value in terms of cost savings, time savings, policy compliance, and other data points.
Explore the dashboard
To access the Value Insights Dashboard, from the Collections list, select Organization Shared Collections > Value Insights Dashboard.
This takes you to the Overview section of the dashboard. By default, each section shows you data for the previous three months. Scroll down on the page to review the other sections of the dashboard.
Dashboard sections and tiles
There are several sections available in the dashboard. Each section features tiles of information, some of which contain charts based on your organization’s data. You may not see all the following tiles in your dashboard, as the dashboard only shows tiles that have data, highlighting what matters to your organization.
Learn more about each tile
To explore the data used to create each tile, or the chart within a tile, select the tile or chart (Figure 1), and then See these records, See these expenses, etc. (Figure 2). This brings up a page with the comprehensive data for that tile or chart.
