Set up your expense and travel management account

Purpose

This article outlines the process for administrators to set up their platform account.

Audience

This article is directed toward administrators with an expense and travel management account.

Create your account

Follow the link in your welcome email. The link has you log in to the platform. When you first log in to the platform, an onboarding wizard walks you through steps to set up your organization’s travel and expense policies, as well as set up new users.

The platform sends the welcome email to the primary program administrator listed during the application process. If you don’t receive the welcome email, contact client services using the online chat feature. On the web, select the question mark at the top-right corner of the page and then Chat with Us. On the mobile app, open the menu and then select Chat with Us.
