Errors can occur for several reasons:

  • The spreadsheet has invalid data, such as an email that does not match an active user.

  • The spreadsheet has an invalid input, such as more than one email address in one cell.

Double-check that all email addresses in your spreadsheet belong to users that have active accounts. If there is more than one email listed in a cell, limit the number of email addresses to one.
