The TravelBank Traveler Tracker is an easy-to-use and real-time map view of all of your organizations active travelers. You can quickly identify travelers actively in the air or on the road and respond to abrupt changes such as inclement weather or regional events.
To access the tracker, go to Company Settings > Travel > Travel Tracker
From the map overview, you can see a summary of active stays, how many travelers are flying, and how many international travelers are outside of the US.
Hover your mouse over a pin to view additional details such as hotel name, and start and end dates of the booking:
You can export active stay or active flight data (use the download icon in the top right of the table) with a detailed breakdown of active travel such as:
Traveler's name
Confirmation #
Length of the trip
Start & end dates
Hotel name & Address
Flight Times and Airport locations
