There's a security PIN that should be used instead of the password for SVB.

Once you login to SVB, there is a Direct Connect Pin under the "My Security" menu in SVB. If you click on "My Security" in the Menu, the Direct Connect PIN is the last option on the page. Create your pin there and use that instead of a password.
