How do I create a U.S. Bank Instant Card™?

You can create a U.S. Bank Instant Card™ by going to Company Settings > Corporate Cards and then by clicking on “Create New Card”.

How do I control who can create a new card?

Only employees with Admin or Finance privileges can create new Corporate Cards

What will I need to get started?

You’ll need your US Bank login information before you can create any new corporate cards.

How can I control spending?

There are two ways you can control spending. One is to set a date the card is valid until, and the other allows you to set a specific limit.

I manage a lot of cards and many employees have them, is there an easy way to identify them?

You have the option of tagging the card with up to two tags, in addition, you are able to add notes to the card as well.
