If you are the manager of a department, you will receive notification when an employee has submitted a budget for your review. You can easily approve (or edit) a proposed budget by doing the following:
1. Open the menu and tap Manage
2. Select the Trip or Project Budget you wish to review
3. Decide whether to approve, decline or edit the Budget
If you need to edit the Budget, select Edit and make the necessary changes. After you have made the changes, select Approve.
Real-time Budget Tracking
After you have approved a Budget, you can review your employee's expenses in real-time from the Manage tab. Go to Manage > Budgets and a list of all of your employee's active Budgets will be available for tracking.
