Overview
Company IDs are used by banks to authorize the withdrawal of funds from a customer account to pay out reimbursements. TravelBank’s company IDs were recently updated, and, accordingly, if you are using the TravelBank reimbursements feature, you will need to provide our new company IDs to your bank.
Customers are required to complete this update as soon as possible to avoid any reimbursement issues.
TravelBank facilitates fast reimbursements; however if you do not complete this update, the reimbursement process may be interrupted, requiring us to temporarily disable reimbursements until a successful withdrawal is confirmed.

Throughout September 2024, TravelBank will perform a series of test withdrawals of up to $1 and complete refunds of these withdrawals to identify any potential issues with the Company ID updates.
We will contact the administrators of any companies that require action and outline the steps necessary to remedy the issue.
